Our Layout Engineers hold IPC CID/CID+ credentials and a strong depth of experience. Daniel Enriquez, Owner, CID+

Daniel is a Senior PCB Layout Engineer with 20 years experience contributing to electrical and mechanical engineering teams. He has laid out boards for a wide range of products and systems including medical devices, all grades of consumer electronics, mineral exploration, transportation, military, RF Communication, and aerospace electronics. Prior to founding Oceanside PCB in 2020, Daniel spent 10 years as the Lead Engineer on a team responsible for 50-100 layouts per year. Daniel is an IPC Certified Interconnect Designer - Advanced.

Tyler Luse, CID+

Joining Oceanside PCB in 2024, Tyler brings 7 years of experience in a service bureau and manufacturing environment. Throughout this time, he has worked on a breadth of projects across various electronics industries including aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor test, RF communications, and networking. He has a track record of completing accurate PCB layouts for high-reliability applications that optimize performance and DFM. Tyler is an IPC Certified Interconnect Designer - Advanced and holds multiple AS Degrees including Electro-Mechanical Drafting & Design from Palomar College in San Marcos.

Randall Hill, CID

Randall is a skilled Electrical Engineer with 7 years experience in the development of medical products and RF systems. His experience includes hardware design, system integration, prototype debug, production test, and compliance certification. Joining Oceanside PCB in 2025, Randall brings to the team, a history of creating successful PCB Layouts for both high-volume production as well as highly accurate RF test systems. He is an IPC Certified Interconnect Designer and holds a BS Electrical Engineering from The University of California, Santa Cruz.
